IS THERE A CONSULTATION FEE?

Yes, there is a consultation fee of €50 which is non-refundable.
For brides who confirm their orders, this fee will be deducted from the total amount.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CONSULTATION?

During the first consultation, we will translate your ideas into a sketch. Your measurements will be taken, and we will brainstorm together about details and fabrics.

HOW MUCH DOES A DRESS COST?

The starting price for a bespoke wedding dress is €1,800+, depending on the details and fabrics.
This includes the consultation fee. The total cost is based on the amount of labor and details that go into designing your dress.

DO YOU DRESS THE BRIDE ON THE WEDDING DAY?

Yes, we dress local brides. For international brides, this service can also be arranged upon request. Please contact us for more details.

RUSH SERVICE

We recommend contacting us 3 to 12 months in advance for a dress.
Any dress needed in less than 3 months will incur a rush fee.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM (READY-TO-WEAR)
  1. Send an email to info@antwibridal.com or antwibridal@outlook.com stating the garment name.

  2. Provide a description or picture of the defect. The garment must be returned in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, make-up free, and without perfume. All tags must remain intact.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund or exchange is approved. Customers must not attempt to repair damages without approval from the Antwi Bridal team.

  4. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only, unless the fault lies with Antwi Bridal. In that case, we will cover the return postage.
If a fabric or color is discontinued, you are entitled to reselect another option.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? (TRACK & TRACE)

If you selected Track & Trace at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code once your order has shipped. You can track your parcel online.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We do not offer a refund policy, only an exchange policy for defective or damaged items. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for details.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We currently ship to Belgium (Flanders), France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Denmark. Please refer to our Shipping page for more details.

We advise you to check our sizing chart carefully and select the size closest to your measurements.

We offer strap and hem alterations on garments purchased from Antwi Bridal in Belgium (Flanders), at a fee of €15 per service.
