We would recommend you to contact us within 6 to 12 months in advance before the wedding day, depending on the dress.

3 to 6 months for evening gowns and second wedding dresses.

IS THERE A CONSULTATION FEE?

There is a consultation fee of €50 which is non-refundable.

For brides who confirm their orders, this will be deducted from the total amount.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CONSULTATION?

During the first consultation, we will translate your ideas into a sketch. Your measurements will then be taken, afterwards we will brainstorm about the details and fabrics. 

HOW MUCH DOES A DRESS COST?

The starting price for a bespoke wedding dress is €1800+, depending on the details and fabrics. This includes a consultation fee. The total price is based on the amount of labor and details that are put into designing the dress.

DO YOU DRESS THE BRIDE ON THE WEDDING DAY?

Yes, we dress the local brides. We will dress international brides when she is needing of this service.

RUSH SERVICE

We recommend that you contact us within 3 to 6 months in advance for a dress. 6 to 12 months for a wedding dress, evening gown/ reception gown. The rush service fee of 50% of the service cost applies to services requested in less than the minimum number of 28 days.

 

  • How do I return an item?

1.Send an email to iinfo@antwibridal.com stating the garment item name.

2. Please provide us with a description or a picture of the defects.The garments must be returned in its original condition, no make stain or scent of perfume. All tags must be intact and attached.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The customer must not attempt to resolve any damages unless approved by the Antwiofficial team. The garments must be unworn, undamaged and not laundered. Antwiofficial reserves the right to reject an order for any reason, at any time.

In the case of a fabric or colour being discontinued the customer is entitled to reselect another. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, make-up free and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items can be returned for store credit or exchange only – unless there is fault by Antwibridal. IF WE ARE AT FAULT, WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE.

 

 

  • Where is my order?

Track & Trace

If opted at the checkout for a Track & Trace. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation mail with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track your parcel. Track your package HERE

 

  • When will I get my refund?

We do not offer a refund policy but an exchange policy for defects and damages items. For more information about shipping please refer to our refund policy.

 

  • Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping varies based on the item and where you live. Please send an email to info@antwibridal.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

 

  • Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and Denmark. For more information about shipping please refer to our Shipping page

 

  • Can I exchange or return my order if an item doesn’t fit?

We advice you to refer to our sizing chart and choose the size closest to your size.

 

  • I’m in between sizes, which size should I buy?

  • Does Antwibridal do alterations?

The garments production time frame is stated within the products description. We offer strap and hem alterations only on items bought from Antwibridal in Belgium for a fee of €15 for each service.

International orders may be subject to customs duty, import fees and taxes.This is dependent on the countries customs policy and not payable by Antwibridal.
