Bespoke ANTWI Bridal
BESPOKE BRIDAL
Bespoke Bridal is our premium custom service, offering you the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind gown through a personal consultation with our designer, Victoria Antwi. Each gown is crafted with precision and care, with a creation timeline ranging from 6 to 12 months, depending on the complexity of the design.
For bridal gowns or garments made from wax/pagne that are required within a shorter timeframe of 3 months, a rush fee will apply, based on the urgency of the request.
Pricing & Consultation for Custom-Made Dresses
- Bespoke Wedding Dresses start at €1800+, excluding materials.
- Traditional Wedding Dresses start at €650+, excluding materials.
- Non-Bridal Evening Dresses start at €700+. Requests for non-bridal gowns below this price will not be processed.
Prices vary based on the complexity, craftsmanship, and details of the design. A €50 consultation fee applies, which is non-refundable. However, if a bride confirms her order, this fee will be deducted from the total amount.
We kindly ask clients to come prepared for the consultation with all ideas and references. During the consultation, your measurements will be taken, and the final price will be determined based on the required labor and intricate details involved in creating your dress.
Please note: While you are welcome to draw inspiration from existing designs, our focus is on creating unique, original garments crafted by our team. We do not accept commissions to replicate the work of other designers.
To ensure a smooth consultation, please come fully prepared, including having your deposit ready. We strongly recommend booking only when you are fully ready to proceed.
Payment & Booking Policy
During the consultation, a deposit is required to secure your order and booking, payable on the spot.
- For dresses made from pagne fabric, kente, and similar materials, a deposit of €600 - €800 (or more, depending on complexity) is required.
- For white wedding dresses, a deposit is required after the consultation, and a quotation will be issued promptly. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to confirm your order.
Bridal and evening dresses are first made in baled cotton (a prototype), which is included in the total price.
Appointments are available ONLY if you are certain and fully prepared. We DO NOT accept any subsequent payments or installment plans.

Fitting & Design Process
First Consultation
During your initial meeting, we will transform your concepts into a detailed sketch and take precise measurements. We will then collaborate to refine the design details, select fabrics, and discuss lace options.
Please note: Sketching is exclusively available for white wedding dresses and reception gowns.
First Fitting (Sample Dress & Adjustments)
At this stage, we focus on perfecting the fit of your sample dress, making adjustments such as taking in, loosening, or reshaping the garment where needed to ensure it complements your body flawlessly.
Together with ANTWI, we will also curate the perfect ensemble, from selecting the right lingerie to matching shoes and jewelry, completing your desired look.
Second Fitting (Fabric & Detail Fitting)
During this session, the bride will try on the adjusted sample dress to ensure that all modifications from the first fitting have been properly executed. We will carefully confirm the fit, structure, and overall comfort, making any necessary refinements.
Additionally, we will refine the fabric details, ensuring that all design elements are perfectly in place before proceeding with the final garment. If further adjustments are required, they will be identified and scheduled for completion.
Third Fitting (Final Fabric & Lace Fitting)
At this stage, the bride will try on the actual dress, now fully crafted in the chosen fabric and lace. We will carefully review every detail to ensure a perfect fit, comfort, and overall design accuracy.
If any final refinements are needed, they will be noted and adjusted accordingly.
Fourth Fitting (Final Try-On & Approval)
This is the final fitting before pickup. The bride will try on the completed dress one last time to ensure everything is perfect.
At this stage:
- All adjustments have been made
- The dress should fit flawlessly
- Once approved, the order is considered complete
In some cases, a fifth fitting may be required. If so, this will be coordinated with Antwi to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
Fifth & Final Meeting (Dress Pickup)
At the final appointment, the bride will collect her completed gown, now fully ready to take home.
No further changes or fittings will take place at this stage.
