Consultation agreement

 

BESPOKE BRIDAL
Bespoke bridal is our premium custom option, allowing you to create a one-of-a-kind gown with a personal consultation with our designer, Victoria Antwi, in person. Our bespoke bridal gowns can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months to create, depending on the complexity of the design. If you require a garment made of wax /pagne or a bridal dress within a shorter timeframe of 3 months, a 50% rush fee may be applied, depending on the urgency of the request.
 
THE PROCESS

The starting price for a custom-made wedding dress is €1800+++ exclusive materials, traditional dress is €500+++. Depending on the details of the dress. This includes a consultation and a consultation fee of €50, this is non-refundable. For brides who confirm their order, this will be deducted from the total amount. All non-bridal evening dresses starts from €700. Requests to make non-bridal gowns under the amount of €700 will not be processed. 

We kindly ask you to come ready for the consultation with all ideas. Your measurements will then be taken. The total price is based on the amount of labor and details that went into the making of the dress.

Please be aware that while you're welcome to draw inspiration from existing dresses, our focus is on crafting unique garments designed by our team. We do not undertake commissions to replicate the work of other designers.

To ensure a smooth consultation, please prepare in advance, including having your deposit ready. We recommend booking only when fully READY

During the consultation, a deposit will be required to secure your order and booking, payable on the spot. For dresses made of pagne fabric, kente...  an upfront payment of 400 - 600 euros is necessary. Please note that payment arrangements cannot be made afterward or in instalments. Additionally, for white wedding dresses, a deposit will be required after consultation, with an invoice issued promptly. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to confirm your order.

Please ensure timely payment, as late payments are not accepted. A 20% surcharge of the total dress price will be added for late payments. Failing to comply may result in not receiving your dress.

Bridal dresses and evening dresses are firstly made in a baled cotton (prototype) this is also included in the total price.

Appointments are available ONLY if you are sure and ready. We DO NOT accept any subsequent payments!

  • During the first meeting, we will transform your concepts into a sketch and proceed to take your measurements. Following this, we will collaborate on refining the details, selecting fabrics, and discussing lace options. It's important to note that sketch making is exclusively available for white wedding dresses and reception gowns.
  •  During the second fitting, we'll ensure the dress fits flawlessly to your body. With you and ANTWI, we'll collaborate to piece together the perfect ensemble, from selecting the right lingerie to matching shoes and jewelry, completing your desired look.
  • During the second fitting, the first adjustment will be checked. We have to make sure if the details are correct, check if anything need to be adjusted.
  • The third fitting is the fabric and detail fitting, where the bride will wear the dress, so we can define the details. This will be scheduled.
  • Sometimes, a fourth fitting may be necessary. In such cases, this will be coordinated with Antwi to ensure a smooth process. 

The final meeting is the dress pickup, during which you will try on the outfit for a final inspection.
